The Embassy of France in the United States offers American and French students the opportunity to engage in a 7-week internship program in France. The Innovation Policy Internship Program is designed to inspire a new generation of students committed to promoting innovation and change in the public sector. Students have the opportunity to design their own project in a multicultural team and solve structural issues in prestigious institutions.
The program was successfully launched in Toulouse in 2018 with students from MIT and Harvard and extended in 2019 to students from the French Embassy Centers of Excellence and in 2022 to the University of Chicago. For its fourth edition, the program will offer new and exciting opportunities for interns to have a real impact on public policies in Toulouse. During the first week of June, American students will have a chance to attend orientation sessions and seminars at prestigious French schools of Public Affairs to better understand the political, economic and cultural environment in France and in Europe before joining their host institution.
Internships will be conducted in English in multicultural teams composed of both American and French students.
