After a successful 2023 edition, the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the United States is launching a new call for proposals for the Bootcamps program. The Bootcamps are professional summer schools which offer an immersive experience in France to community college students. This initiative is part of the Community College in France program.
Are eligible all french higher education institutions (universities, grandes écoles, institutes etc.), be they public or private.
The submitted project may be the creation of a new summer school for community college students or it may offer at least 5 community college students the opportunity to attend an existing summer school through a special partnership.
The proposed Bootcamp should occur between June and August 2024, and should last at least 14 days. The program should include courses, and cultural visits and activities.
This year again, applicants will have to propose a program related to sustainable development.
